Ingredients



.3 cups whole wheat flour.

.1/4 cup cocoa powder Neo - normal cocoa powder 2 tablespoons.
.2 teaspoons baking powder - baking powder.
.1 teaspoon cinnamon.
.1 tablespoon of oats mixed with 1/2 cup of water and then separate from pulp or use 1/2 cup vegetable milk.
.1/4 cup water.
.1/4 cup tahini.
.1/4 cup maple syrup or date syrup.
.4 flat bananas . 
.2 cups mashed bananas.
.Pinch of cinnamon  *optional*

.Grated vegetable baking chocolate is optional.


how to make banana bread


Preheat the oven to 350 F or 175 C.

Prepare and mix two bowls. One for dry ingredients and one for wet.
. For dry ingredients: Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and cinnamon if used.
Wet Ingredients: Mix the banana well, add the milk, maple syrup and tahini and mix well
Mix the wet ingredients in dry until we get a thick but moist paste. If you need more liquid, add a little water at one time I need to add 1/4 cup of water.
When mixing dry and wet ingredients, you should not mix too much. Just until the ingredients are mixed.
When the dough is mixed, add chocolate or any other additives such as nuts.
Pour the mixture into a non-stick baking bowl.
Bake for 40-60 minutes. We check with a knife to see if the medium is fully baked.
Served with cashew butter, peanut butter, almond cream or natural caramel.
.You can also double chocolate and double the fun with cocoa cream.


    .  Bread can be bitter to some as it is dark chocolate, it is possible to balance the flavors with cream or sweet sauce. Such as tahini mix with dates molasses and cocoa or just some dates molasses on top of bread
