Ingredients - Banana bread method
. 2 cups all-purpose flour
. 1 teaspoon baking soda
. teaspoon kosher salt (or ¼ teaspoon salt)
. ½ cup butter, melted
. ¾ cup brown sugar
. 2 eggs, whipped
. 2 cups mashed bananas (about 4 bananas)
how to make banana bread
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf cake with butter.
In a large bowl, mix the flour with baking soda and salt. Mix the butter with brown sugar in a separate bowl. Add the butter mixture to the eggs and mashed bananas and whisk them well. Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture and stir well until they blend together.
Pour the mixture into the prepared mold. Bake in a preheated oven for 60 minutes, until tender and make sure that by placing a toothpick in the middle of the loaf and remove, if it is empty, the bread is cooked.
Let the bread cool in the mold for 10 minutes, then remove it from the mold over a wire rack to cool completely.
